Nicole L. Crowder

I grew up in the New River Valley in Snowville. I graduated from Pulaski County High School In 2004. I continue to live in the NRV with my husband, two children, and our two fur babies. My hobbies include traveling and spending as much time with friends and family as possible. We are blessed to be a part of an amazing church family at Community Life Church In Fairlawn.

I come to Medical Associates of Southwest Virginia with a passion for healthcare since I was 19. My career began as a hospital phlebotomist while attending Radford University to obtain my Bachelorette In Nursing. I spent my nursing career working in Emergency Nursing, Pediatrics and Home Health. I expanded my education and completed my Masters In Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner In 2016, where I joined Lewis Gale Endocrinology. Taking care of diabetes quickly became my calling. Over the past three years I have focused on all types of diabetes, specializing in insulin pump therapies and up-to-date medications to aid my patients in controlling this lifelong disease. I look forward to bringing my knowledge and compassion to this practice and my future patients.
