Hayley Graybill

Hayley Graybill, MSN FNP-C graduated from Radford University with her bachelor's degree in Nursing in 2020 after receiving her Associates Degree in Nursing from Northern Virginia Community College in 2018. As an RN, Hayley worked at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in their Level One Trauma Center in both the pediatric and adult Emergency Department where she pursued and obtained an additional board certification as a Certified Emergency Nurse. Before working with the Medical Associates team, Hayley worked at Lewis Gale Montgomery’s Emergency Department where she met her husband, Casey, who is also a Nurse Practitioner.

In 2023 Hayley graduated from Georgetown University with her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining the Medical Associates of Southwest Virginia team, Hayley completed the majority of her clinical hours as a student with Medical Associates. Hayley received board certification from The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Hayley is originally from Woodbridge, Virginia, but currently resides in her husband’s hometown of Christiansburg with their three sons, labrador, tortoise, two cats, and multiple fish. Hayley enjoys spending as much time as possible with her boys who are very active in various sports. Hayley also enjoys skiing with her family, baking, traveling, volunteering at her Church, and anything outdoors.

Hayley’s passions include Women’s Health, treatment and management of diabetes, acute illnesses, chronic illnesses, and preventative health. Hayley’s goal as a provider is to create lifelong relationships with her patients, inspire her patients to actively participate in managing their health, and help them reach their health goals through collaboration, innovation, and addressing their emotional, mental, and physical healthcare needs.
